The symposium focuses on civic-engaged research and technology development for public health, public safety, and public transportation. Faculty interested in community-university-industry partnerships for using data and technical skills on purpose-driven, innovative, real-world challenges in our communities are invited to attend.

A discussion on using digital solutions to create a safe, secure environment for county residents. The panel will cover technologies for monitoring/alerting and improving emergency services as well as handling natural disasters, attacks, or accidents.
